PlanetStone was founded in the early 1980s by geologist Fausto Bonente. He started this journey with burning eyes, innovative ideas, and great passion for his work.

Thanks to his extensive experience in quarries and his knowledge of materials, he created a company that sells slabs and finished products for projects worldwide.
Initially, the company focused on promoting the markets in the USA and South America.

PlanetStone has firmly established itself in the American marble niche in just a few years. Thanks to large and well-known projects such as THE MIRAGE OF LAS VEGAS hotel.

Fausto has six children. The eldest son Luca decided to join the family business at the age of 22. There were two ideological inspirations for the development and the increase of the company's turnover. PlanetStone began to grow twice yearly, thanks partly to investments in China.

2008 was a year of change, not only economically. In 2010 Luca takes over the independent management of the company. After several years of adjustment, he begins to invest again and embark on a new path.

A colossal growth spurt comes with the acquisition of a plot of land in Volargne di Dolcè. A plot of 8800 square meters where 2000 m2 of a covered warehouse and about 200 m2 of offices.

Thanks to the experience he received from his father, a geologist, Luca decides to focus on what he does best - buying blocks from quarries. So that your agents have the best weapons to fight against the competition and defend themselves.

Today PlanetStone continues its growth in the city of marble - Verona. This is also where the most important natural stone trade fair in the world takes place, the Marmomac.
